Our Story

Katie McMartin and Allen Johnson have always been animal lovers. But for them, their dogs are more than just pets. They are members of their family and bring them so much joy and love into their lives. 

Katie and Allen met at college, in Bemidji, MN and have been together for over 7 years. Allen and Katie first decided to add a new member to their family in 2020 and adopted Roo, a 5-month-old American Bully who loves to cuddle! Roo quickly became a beloved member of their family, and they couldn't imagine their lives without him.

Life eventually brought the trio to Bradenton, Florida, where they adopted two more bullies: Smush, an English Bulldog with the cutest face in the world, and Voodoo (V), another American Bully who's eyes can see into your soul. It didn't take long for Roo and V to become inseparable, and before they knew it, they had their first litter of puppies.

This obsession eventually inspired them to create BTown Bullies, a tribute to their beloved pets and the places they call home. Through BTown Bullies, they hope to share that love and joy with others and continue to promote the importance of responsible pet ownership.
